1.General Information

Viva Skin Studio is a private skincare and esthetics studio based in Las Vegas, Nevada. The information provided on this website is intended for general informational and booking purposes only. By using this website or booking services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

2.Services

All services are provided by appointment only and are subject to availability. Service descriptions, pricing, treatment times, promotions, and availability may change at any time without notice. Results from skincare treatments vary from person to person. Viva Skin Studio does not guarantee specific cosmetic or skincare outcomes.

3.Medical Disclaimer

Skincare treatments are not medical procedures and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions. Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant health conditions, allergies, medications, sensitivities, pregnancy status, or skin concerns before treatment. If you are under the care of a physician or dermatologist, you should consult with them before receiving skincare treatments.

4.Appointments & Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the scheduled service. Appointments are not confirmed until a deposit is received, if applicable.

5.Cancellation & No Show Policy

Viva Skin Studio reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel appointments when necessary due to illness, emergencies, scheduling conflicts, safety concerns, or circumstances outside of our control. If an appointment must be canceled by Viva Skin Studio, reasonable efforts will be made to notify the client as soon as possible and reschedule the appointment.

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount.
• Same day cancellations and no shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened.
• Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may need to reschedule and may be treated as a late cancellation.

6.Refund Policy

Services rendered are non refundable. Retail products may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days if unopened and unused. Refund requests related to skin reactions or sensitivities will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

7.Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards, promotional offers, and discounts may not be redeemed for cash and may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Promotions may be modified or discontinued at any time.

8.Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website for unlawful purposes. All content on this website, including logos, branding, text, images, graphics, and service descriptions, is the property of Viva Skin Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

9.Third Party Services

This website may use third party platforms or tools for booking, payment processing, analytics, embedded social media, or communication. Viva Skin Studio is not responsible for the policies or practices of third party providers.

10.Right to Refuse Service

Viva Skin Studio reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, or reschedule service at its discretion. Service may be refused in situations including, but not limited to: Unsafe, inappropriate, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior Failure to disclose relevant medical or skin related information Contraindications that may make treatment unsafe Repeated late arrivals, cancellations, or no shows Hygiene or health concerns that may impact safety

Any client who appears intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or otherwise unable to safely receive treatment may be denied service.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viva Skin Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or services. Clients voluntarily assume any risks associated with skincare services and treatments.

12.Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13.Changes to These Terms

Viva Skin Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
