Appointments & Deposits
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service total.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for any appointment changes. Late cancellations will incur a 50% service fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service.
Late Arrivals
Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service. Arrivals of 15 minutes or more may need to be rescheduled.
Refunds
Services and deposits are non-refundable. Unopened products may be returned within 7 days.
Guests
To maintain a calm and safe environment, additional guests and children are not permitted during appointments.
